Works great. Sounds much better than the Polycom we replaced. The additional features are a great value. The only problem is that you'll need external mics for a large room, but that's actually not a bad thing, since our Polycom didn't even have the option. If your room has a lot of "reflective" surfaces (for audio, such as glass or metal) then the quality will be a bit tinny, but that's kinda the norm with these things.Beware! This is not a Konftel 300 IP as stated in the listing. This is a Konftel 300 which is the analog version on the telephone. The description is incorrect for the actual part number. Also, the merchant that I'm working with, Antonline, wants to charge return shipping and a re-stocking fee even though the listing is in error.
