Solid phone, lighter and smaller than the older Polycoms also has a two column display (older ones had 4). Also it dose not come with the 48v DC power adapter as it is for connecting via POE which I didn't notice when I bought it, I was able to find a power adapter at another website for about $30, so the phone wasn't as good of a deal as I had thought originally.Great For a VoIP Lab or a small office. Work perfectly with FreePBX / AsteriskI do love this phone, but alas I cannot use it for technical reasons. When i spoke with Darian, the technology person at Telephone King, he explain the situation clearly and made recommendations. This company is excellent! I recommend them highlyWe have 3 of these now. It's great entry level phone at a decent price. You do need the power supply for it if your router/switch does not support PoE (power over ethernet)I received everything on time. Great phones, work great and have a great price.headset is a Mini connectionI'm used to working with the Polycom 331, and I'm sure the Polycom 321 will work just fine... but I don't know because this phone didn't come with a power supply. I can't seem to find anywhere in the description that states this phone doesn't include a power supply.great transaction recommendedOnce you get a Polycom phone properly configured (which is no small feat), these things are rock solid and of the highest quality.
